This image annotates a series of oral history conversations conducted in May-June 2021 at the Scottish Oral History centre, Edinburgh, between Judit Bodor and haha, who emerged in his 70s on 1.1.2020. The conversations explored the full history of the Attic Archive using a type-written ‘alphabetical script’ – put together by the authors collaboratively - as a guide avoiding chronological storytelling. The drawing on top of the script was made during the conversations mapping the connection between people and artworks created across decades by different characters. The Map is now used as a navigation and research tool in the new project 'The Digital Attic Archive' (2024-2025), funded by the Royal Society of Edinburgh Research Network Award to establish an international 'network of care' to sustainably secure the now physically dispersed archive’s legacy through the development of an open-source web platform.
